By placing an order on this site you agree to these terms.

1. Orders and acceptance

Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we send the order confirmation email. We may refuse or cancel an order if the item is out of stock, if we cannot ship to your address, or if we suspect fraud.

2. Pricing

Prices are in US dollars and exclude duties and import taxes. If a product is listed at an incorrect price, we may cancel the order and refund you in full before shipping.

3. Product descriptions

We describe products as accurately as we can. Minor variation in colour and finish is normal in manufactured goods. Published weights are averages and may vary by ±3%.

4. Shipping and risk

Risk passes to you on delivery to the carrier. See our Shipping Policy for transit times and customs responsibilities.

5. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
