Frequently Asked Questions
How long does shipping take?
Orders ship within 24 hours on business days. Typical transit is 7–12 business days to the US, 10–16 to the UK and EU, 10–18 to Australia. You get a tracking number by email as soon as your parcel is scanned.
Do I have to pay customs or import duty?
Prices exclude duties and import taxes. If your country charges import VAT or duty, it is payable by you to the carrier. We declare the actual value — we cannot mark orders as gifts.
Is my payment secure?
All payments are processed by PayPal over an encrypted connection. We never see or store your card details.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Email us within 12 hours of ordering and we can usually change the address or cancel before dispatch.
What if the item doesn’t fit or I don’t like it?
Return it within 30 days, unused and in original packaging. See our Returns policy. For hygiene reasons we can’t accept used sleeping bags, pads, socks or first aid kits unless faulty.
Is there a warranty?
12 months against manufacturing defects on all Norvond Gear products. Send photos of the fault and your order number to info@norvond.com.
